Electromagnetic Radiation

What do rainbows, microwaves, radio waves and X-rays have in common?

At first sight, nothing much however, all of them are electromagnetic waves. They differ only in their frequency and consequently, their wave length. The higher the frequency, the smaller the wave length, and the more energy carried. Use your mouse to roll over the diagram below to find out more.
